Our Yorkshire Dales bed and breakfast is a VisitBritain 4-star guest accommodation provider. We welcome cyclists, walkers and dogs with or without muddy wheels, boots or paws! We have a secure shed for locking away your bikes, we can dry wet clothes and even provide a bucket for warm water for washing muddy paws. Just ask us!

Westfield’s is a lovely old Farmhouse within the peaceful village of Bellerby, close to the market town of Leyburn, which sits perfectly within the heart of Wensleydale. Newly modernised the house retains all of its original charm, we have two guest rooms; a four poster and super king/twin overlooking the garden and village. Tariffs start at £34.00 pppn. Bellerby is a typical Yorkshire Dales village with a lovely open green, friendly pub and waddling ducks on the beck that flows past the house.

We are on the edge of the villlage, ideal for strolling or a days walking out in Wensleydale. Close by are lots of interesting places to visit, a short drive will bring you to Richmond, Bolton Castle or Aysgarth Falls. Come back to tea and cakes in front of a log fire in the guest sitting room or take a walk up our fields behind the house where we have wonderful views over the Dales. You can sit on the bench with a glass of wine or just enjoy the peace.

Our Wensleydale B&B is run by us, Chris and Peter, and we have been doing B&B for many years, we will serve you a wonderful breakfast, look after you and most of all make you truely welcome.

Guided Walks

If you’ll be visiting us to do some walking but you’re not sure where to go why not let our guide Paul plan a walk and guide you round? Paul will collect you from Westfields, take you on a walk as long, short, easy or strenuous as you wish for and drop you off afterwards. Of course, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink, hot or cold and nibbles! We can make you sandwiches and a flask of tea or coffee to take with you if needed.
